Great experience! Installers were both knowledgeable and professional. Finished installation was beautiful - they even cleaned up when they finished. I highly recommend them.

Huge shoutout to Hill Country Stairlifts! I needed to get a stairlift set up for my father in Horseshoe Bay, which isn't easy to coordinate from Indiana. This team was amazing to work with. They answered all my questions right away and made the whole process super clear. It was especially nice to know they were familiar with my dad's neighborhood. Highly recommend them!

We are extremely please with Hill Country Stairlift. The installation was exceptional and the verbal instructions on maneuvering the chairlift was spot on. This chairlift was much needed and will be greatly appreciated in our home. Thank you Chad Wagner and your crew.

We had a great experience with Hill Country Stairlifts from beginning to end. From the very first phone call, they earned our complete trust.

Chad came to our house and listened attentively to our needs.
He guided us through the process, making sure we understood how the system works, highlighting that it attaches directly to the steps without touching the walls or requiring any renovation. The chairlift we selected fit our needs.

Whenever I called or texted, I got a helpful answer within minutes.

The trust and peace of mind he gave my husband and me is truly priceless. In need of reliable accessibility solution, I highly recommend this company. The best of the best!

It was refreshing to speak with a local expert rather than getting routed to a national 800-number. In a day when everything is Amazon and big box, its refreshing to work with and support a local business. You can tell they take pride in serving our community.
